Pat,

Patreon handles the payment processing and they are a huge company, so not sure why you got that message. I will try to contact Patreon and see if I can get us some help figuring this out!

My mom had a hard time paying through PayPal but she was eventually able to get it to work. I wasn't with her so not sure what happened or how she fixed it.

I picked Patreon because it is a trusted platform, so I am sorry to hear you are having this issue!

I am so glad you want to join and think it sounds like fun!

I found a link on Patreon's support where you can ask for help with payment processing. If you go down the the bottom of the page and click the button, they will help you. https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/sections/360012039131-Billing
